Pattex FIX Express PL 60 is a solvent based construction adhesive for both indoor & outdoor applications, ideal for bonding panel, plywood, general construction materials and drywall installations. Directions for use:
- Surface must be dry, clean and free from dust and grease.
- Cut off tip of nozzle and desired bead and angle. Pierce membrane inside to open seal.
- Apply adhesive at back of material and place firmly for 10-15 minutes.
- Reposition within 2-4 minutes.
- Heavy object requires supporting materials.
Tips:
- In spots in order to smooth uneven surfaces.
- In wave-like form for higher initial tack with wide surfaces.
- In straight strands for smaller surfaces. Press firmly for 10-15 minutes. Reposition within 2-4 minutes. Heavy objects require supporting materials.
Setting time :
Approx. 24 hours, subject to conditions of application.
Coverage :
Approx. 12 m. using a 5 mm bead.
Storage :
18 months in a dry and cool place with below 30 ํC
