OJO Rebar Anchoring & Mortar Adhesive has high bonding strength. It is a solvent-free 2-component epoxy for rebar anchoring, crack & mortar repairing, blow hole filling, holding down bolt and bonding structures; concrete, metal, mortar, brick, steel, aluminum, natural stone, tile, and wood. Applicable both vertical & horizontal applications.

Recommendations:
Horizontal Application : Apply mixed epoxy on steel rebar and insert it into the wall.
vertical Application : Fill mixed epoxy into the hole, insert steel rebar and hold firmly for 5 minutes.
Application temperature is in between 10°C to 40°C
Directions for use:
- Substrate preparation : The surfaces to be bonded must be sound, clean and free from oil, dirt, dust and rust. All traces of laitance and loose particles must be brushed off or sanded. *For steel : Remove rust before application.
- Preparation : Mix part A and part B in a ratio of 2:1, then stir with a low-speed electric drill for at least 2 minutes or mix until the material becomes a dark grey color (homogeneous) and smooth. Bonding must be carried out within 20-30 minutes.
- Applications Rebar anchoring : drill a hole 2-4 mm wider than the diameter of the rebar, apply steel rebar with mixed epoxy and place it into the hole. Remove the residue epoxy from the hole. Crack & Surface repairing : apply mixed epoxy on a substrate with a trowel or spatula and press firmly. Use formwork for edges or corner concrete. Structure bonding : spread mixed epoxy onto the substrate and place the material, temporary fastening is recommended. Depending on temperature and humidity, bonding must be carried between 10-30 minutes.
Storage:
Keep in room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
